Cellock participated in the 2nd F2F meeting of HIRE (Helping Interviews Readiness for Employment) on 13 & 14 September 2024 at Valencia. The meeting was hosted by Florida Universitaria at Catarroja Campus and we were very excited to be part of such a wonderful team!!!
HIRE project aims to train vocational training students to successfully conduct job interviews using AI tools through international collaboration.
During our sessions, Cellock presented the concept of the application that will support the project’s implementation, using Artificial Intelligence to perform a realistic interview in a safe environment, practice on interview content and gain experience on how to perform successful interviews reducing at the same time stress and anxiety.
The consortium took important decisions on the structure of the application and Cellock will start soon developing the technical specifications and the App’s development.
